I'm sorry our customer service didn't live up to your expectations. We try to make ourselves as available as possible for our customers.
I have replied to each of your e-mails. The first concerned a request to modify the accessories included with our magnetic boards. Unfortunately, we can't modify the magnets and geometric shapes included with our wallpapers or magnetic boards.
Secondly, I spoke to Alexia, to whom you offered a Terracotta rectangle magnetic board. The customer would like to return the colored coating and exchange it for a caramel coating that is more to her liking.
In our FAQ, it's clearly stated that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Concerning the return, I'll speak directly with Alexia.
Shipping is a real cost for brands. To give you an idea, shipping a magnetic board kit costs us an average of €12.
We've received Alexia's return, and I'll be in touch with her to arrange the return of the caramel coating.
I hope you are satisfied with the products you ordered in January and March 2022.

What types of plants did you put in the wooden pots?
These pots are made to hold relatively light plants or objects. The plants need to be in a pot so that they can be taken out to be watered and put back into the wooden pot.
Are the wooden pots you have taken positioned on a strip of the board or one pot on each strip?
Before placing the wooden pots on the triptych magnetic board, it is advisable to wait 48 hours so that the adhesive on the back of the board sticks to the wall.
Try to remove the pots from your board for 2 days, press well with your hand so that the board is well impregnated on the wall. And then reposition your pots on your magnetic triptych board.
